Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, unlike so many other types of yoga, offers a new and exciting experience in each and every class. Elements that are practiced in each of these classes include Mantra, Mudra, Breath Work, Exercise, Meditation and Relaxation. It may be strenuous, it may not, but it will always be gently challenging and uplifting.
Using sound (naad), breath exercise (pranayam) and hand postures (mudras) Kundalini Yoga brings your awareness of the Universe right into your practice and your life.
No special equipment or tools are necessary to do this delightful yoga. You will be taught techniques which you can practice at home and incorporate into your day no matter what you do for a living.
